Chia Balm: Warm a small amount between fingertips and gently massage onto dry skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If desired, remove any additional residue with a warm, damp washcloth. Use morning and evening. For best results, follow with your favourite Perricone MD treatment and moisturizer.
Chia Oil: After cleansing, apply 2-3 drops into palm of hands and rub together. Gently press into face and neck. Use morning and evening.

Game changer
This cleansing balm is amazing, leaving the skin so soft and nourished, so glad to see the addition of the oil as this extends the treatment - my skin is simply transformed- so much so that I no longer need foundation!
