To arrange a return:
1. Log into your account
2. Select 'My Orders'
3. Locate your order and select 'View Order'
4. Once within the order, navigate to the top right of the page and select 'Return'
5. You are now able to 'Create a new Return' request. Select 'Item' to select the product you would like to return from the dropdown. Add the 'Quantity to Return' and a 'Reason to Return' from the dropdown. Once complete please select Submit.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need to return multiple items you will need to add them separately. Please add multiple items by selecting the button '+ Add Item to Return'.
6. You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your return request has been received. At anytime you can check the status of your order by navigating to the 'My Returns' tab.
7. We will notify you within 24 hours upon your return request. If we can approve the return without further communication we will immediately issue an 'RMA' (Returns Authorisation Number) and instructions on how and where to return your order, via email.
PLEASE NOTE: If you attempt to return a product without a RMA it will be rejected from our returns address.
