After cleansing, massage onto face and neck using a gentle upward motion. Wait until fully absorbed and follow with your favorite Perricone MD moisturiser. Use morning and evening. If used in the morning, follow with SPF.

If you are new to retinol, start by applying for 1-2 nights per week and increase gradually as tolerated.
