Unexpected great results
When I first tried this product, I had very low expectations. I applied Chia Body Oil on my rough elbows, knees and back of heels. The product took about 2 minutes to fully absorb into my skin despite of the oily consistency. The first use left me with a significantly softer skin on my elbows and knees (which I loved the most), but on my heels. Next time, I buffed my feet before taking a shower and then I applied the Chia Body oil. I was really amazed how much softer my feet got. So far I've been applying the product every other day for a week and have seen a significant improvement on the areas I've applied. I've been very satisfied with the product so far. I apply very small amounts per area.

Impressive Hydration
Perricone sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. Though I was skeptical at first of the product, it proved otherwise. I applied after a shower, and it didn't leave any greasiness on my skin. It left my dry spots feeling soft and moisturized. I usually would have what most call sensitive skin, where most topical anything gives me a rash, but this didn't. So that's a plus in my book. It does smell like roses, so for that reason I only used in the evening, as I am not a "floral notes" person as my go to scent. As it is an oil, a little goes a long way- you truly only need a little to apply.

Smells like the fanciest spa
I'm very sensitive to smells. Most things are just too overpowering for me and gives me a headache. Right when i first put this on, not only did i notice that the smell didn't bother me but I actually love it! It smells like you are in a spa. It's so great that after i rub it in my hands and rub on elbows as directed, i take the remaining residue from my hands and mix in my body lotion so i can use it on the rest of my body.

Full disclaimer, I received a sample of Perricone MD Essential Fx Acyl-Glutathione Chia Body Oil in exchange for an honest review of the product. That being said, I have never used such a fast absorbing, hydrating product before. As soon as the oil goes on the skin, I noticed a difference in the texture of my elbows, knees and heels. Not only does the oil absorb quickly, it doesn't leave a greasy feeling, and it keeps working for days. There is barely a noticeable scent, which has been an issue with other products I have used. With each application, not only do I notice a difference but my husband and kids have also. I would not hesitate to purchase this product again, and already recommended it to friends and family!
