9 oz box of frozen artichoke hearts
2/3 cup cooked chopped watercress (2 bunches trimmed)
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp salt
18 thin slices brie

Preparation

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Prepare artichoke hearts according to package directions.
  3. Combine watercress, lemon pepper and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Top each artichoke with the watercress mixture and brie.
  5. Broil until cheese melts, 1–2 minutes.
