Customer Service - Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. But we ask that you follow these few reasonable guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from Perricone MD via our www.perriconemd.co.uk or Call Center. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date*.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned.

CACI Microlift is not covered by the Perricone MD 30-Day Returns Policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with this product upon delivery, you may return it to us unopened and in its original packaging up to 14 days from the date of receiving it.
